Ceramics is my other craft: throwing on the wheel, glazing, and firing kilns. It has taught me more about patience, process and getting the details right than any software ever has.
What kinds of clients do you work with?
Small and growing businesses, solo professionals, nonprofits and individuals who want their technology to just work. If you don’t have an IT department, I can be it.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Both. Automation, websites, AI and most support work happen remotely, wherever you are. Device setup, networking and backup hardware can be handled on-site by arrangement.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on the scope. After a short conversation I’ll send a clear proposal with the cost before any work begins, so there are no surprises.

Absolutely, and that’s the best place to start. Describe what’s slowing you down and I’ll suggest the simplest fix, whether that’s an automation, a tool you already own, or a five-minute settings change.
Which tools and platforms do you work with?

Yes. After a project I can stay on for maintenance, updates, monitoring and questions, or hand everything over with documentation so your team can run it.
