AI integration & consulting Practical AI for your business, set up safely and explained simply.
AI can draft, summarize, sort, research and answer questions in seconds. The hard part is knowing where it actually helps, which tools to trust, and how to fit it into the way you already work. That’s where I come in.
What I set up
AI that does real work, not party tricks.
Custom AI assistants
Assistants grounded in your documents, policies, pricing and tone of voice, so your team gets accurate answers and solid first drafts.
AI-powered automations
Workflows where AI reads incoming emails and forms, classifies them, extracts the details, drafts a response and routes it to the right person.
Document & data processing
Turn invoices, receipts, contracts and PDFs into structured data. Clean and reconcile spreadsheets that would take days by hand.
Content & marketing
Product descriptions, website copy, newsletters and social posts drafted in your brand voice, with a human editor making sure it reads right.
Research & analysis
Competitor scans, market overviews, vendor comparisons and recurring briefings, gathered and summarized quickly.
Training & workshops
Practical sessions for owners and teams: what AI is good at, where it fails, how to write good prompts, and how to use it safely.
Where to start
Where AI pays off first.
The best first AI projects are frequent, text-heavy and a little tedious. Here are the places I see small businesses get value fastest.
- Customer email replies
- Meeting notes & action items
- Product descriptions
- Proposals & quotes
- Invoice & receipt data entry
- Internal knowledge Q&A
- Social media calendars
- Research briefs
- Spreadsheet cleanup
- Job descriptions & onboarding
- Report summaries
- Translation & localization
My approach
Useful, safe, and honest about limits.
AI is powerful, and it also makes mistakes with total confidence. Good AI work respects both facts.
-
Human in the loop
AI drafts and suggests. People approve anything that matters, like customer replies, numbers and decisions.
-
Privacy first
Business-grade tools with clear data policies, and simple rules about what never goes into a prompt.
-
Measured, not hyped
We pick tasks where time saved is obvious, measure the results, and only expand what works.
-
You own it
Your accounts, your prompts, your data, all documented so your team can run and adjust it.

Working with me
One person, with a small team’s reach.
I build with AI every day. It’s how I move quickly on websites, code, research, documents and data, and it’s a big part of why I can take on such a wide range of projects.
That doesn’t mean cutting corners. AI handles the heavy lifting and first drafts. I handle the judgment, the testing, the details and the final polish.
AI FAQ
Common questions.
Which AI tools should my business use?
It depends on what you need. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot each have strengths, and many tools you already pay for now include AI features. I’ll recommend options based on your tasks, budget and privacy requirements, not on hype.
Is it safe to put company information into AI?
It can be, with the right setup: business plans that don’t train on your data, clear rules about what stays out of prompts, and sensible access controls. I’ll help you put those in place before anything sensitive goes near an AI tool.
Will AI replace my staff?
That’s not the goal. The best results come from AI taking over the repetitive parts of a job so your people can spend more time on the work that needs a human: customers, judgment and craft.
We’ve never used AI. Where do we start?
Start with a short conversation and a hands-on workshop. Together we’ll find two or three tasks where AI saves time right away, set them up properly, and build from there.
Can you build a chatbot for my website?
Yes. I can build an assistant that answers questions using your own content, such as services, policies, FAQs and product details, and hands off to a real person when it should.
Let’s work together
Tell me what’s slowing you down. Let’s fix it.
An automation idea, a new website, a cranky laptop, or something you’re not sure is even possible. Start with a message and we’ll find the simplest way forward.
