Workflow automation Automation that gives you your week back.
Every business has tasks that happen the same way every time: copying data between apps, sending the same emails, building the same reports. I design and build automations that handle them for you, reliably and around the clock, with the tools you already use.
What I automate
The repetitive work, wherever it hides.
Leads & sales
Website and ad leads land in your CRM, get an instant personal reply and a follow-up reminder, and your team gets notified.
Invoicing & payments
Invoices created from orders or timesheets, payment reminders sent on schedule, and receipts filed automatically.
Orders & fulfillment
New orders trigger packing slips, shipping labels, inventory updates and customer notifications.
Scheduling & reminders
Bookings sync to calendars, confirmations and reminders go out, and no-shows get a gentle nudge to rebook.
Reports & dashboards
Daily or weekly numbers gathered from every app and delivered to your inbox or a live dashboard.
Files & data entry
Attachments saved to the right folder, forms turned into spreadsheet rows, and data kept in sync across systems.
Example recipes
What an automation actually looks like.
Every business is different, but most automations follow a simple pattern: something happens, and a chain of useful steps follows on its own.
The instant lead responder
- Someone fills out your website form
- They’re added to your CRM with the right tags
- AI drafts a personal reply based on their message
- The reply goes out within minutes
- You get a reminder if they haven’t booked in two days
The hands-free order
- A customer orders from your online shop
- An invoice is created in your accounting software
- Your team gets a packing slip in chat
- The inventory sheet updates itself
- The order record is backed up
The Monday morning report
- Every Monday at 7am, the workflow wakes up
- It pulls sales, bookings and ad spend
- Numbers are compared with last week
- AI writes a short plain-English summary
- It lands in the team’s inbox before coffee

Busywork calculator
What is busywork costing you?
Move the sliders to match your team. It’s a rough estimate, but it usually makes the case on its own.
Time you could reclaim each year
288 hoursThat’s worth roughly
$10,080or about 7.2 full work weeks.
Estimate based on 48 working weeks a year. A starting point for the conversation, not a quote.
The process
How an automation project comes together.
-
Map
We walk through the process as it happens today and spot every repetitive, error-prone step.
-
Design
I sketch the automated version, choose the right tools for your budget, and confirm it with you.
-
Build & test
I build it, test it against real-world cases, and add alerts for anything unusual.
-
Launch & document
It goes live with documentation and a walkthrough, so you know exactly how it works.
Automation FAQ
Common questions.
What’s the difference between Zapier, Make and n8n?
They’re all tools for connecting apps. Zapier is the simplest and has the most integrations. Make handles more complex, branching logic at a lower cost. n8n is open-source and can be self-hosted for full control over your data. I’ll recommend the best fit for your needs and budget.
What happens if an automation breaks?
I build in error alerts and logging so problems are caught quickly, and every workflow is documented so fixes are fast. Ongoing monitoring and maintenance is available if you’d rather not think about it at all.
Is my data safe?
Security is part of the design. I use secure connections, give each tool only the access it needs, and set things up in your own accounts wherever possible, so you own your automations and your data.
Do I need to change the software I use?
Usually not. I start with what you already have and connect it. If a tool is genuinely holding you back, I’ll explain why and suggest an alternative, but the decision is always yours.
How long does it take to build an automation?
Simple automations can be quick to set up, while larger multi-system projects take longer to design and test properly. You’ll get a realistic timeline in your proposal before anything starts.
